I purchased MS Office and was given a activation code and product key. I was unable to activate the software - when I called Microsoft for help, they told me that the codes had been exhausted and I should request a fresh one or demand a refund. I have asked for the refund 3 times and have not been given one. I will be launching a fraud investigation to get my money back. DO NOT BUY from this company. They do not stand behind their products.

I want to revise my review of PC Masters who are selling Microsoft Office Suite 2021 software and the activation codes. The 2cd set of activation codes also did not work. The trick is to get one of their tech people on the phone (not thru a chat box) and work with them until the issue is solved and the Office product is working. I am a satisfied customer now.

Angel and Glen were very helpful. They help me navigate through the process. They were nice especially to those who are not that computer techy.

Hopefully I can get a refund. You get what you pay for. The first few responses were very quick and I was impressed but those responses never led to working software. As the problems added up the responses were fewer.

Download and installation was easy. We needed help with Office activation on two machines. Kathleen was patient and very helpful. SUCCESS!
