I ordered office and ended up not needing it and asked for a refund. The code has never been activated and its been a month and I'm still waiting on a refund.

All you did was send me free Microsoft down loads,I already tried and didn't work. Thought I was getting a clean boot of win 10. That I could install on a clean drive. My computer has never been able to install 8.1. and all I have is 8 with some sort of defects that won't allow important updates. Always reverts back.. so no not pleased about any of this for 10 years now. I am currently running a clean reboot of win 8. Think that doesn't work either, but may not have tried starting with a clean disk. Maybe 8.1 will update then.
