You left out "destructive", didn't you??? Start to "really "listen" to what we say and follow up! Being pompous only confirms the true you! When your agenda is left to geeks and nerds, customers are subjected to abstract, conflicting, confusing and infuriating situations! LOSE the DOWNLOADING " B U T T O N " !!!!!!!
