Ordered Windows 10 Pro and received an invalid License Key. Tried calling but gave up waiting on hold. Tried emailing and making a request via website with no response. This is bad customer service even by today's standard!

can not activate the product with my computer , but with my cell phone

I ordered Windows 10 Professional and was provided a key. After installation, the key would not authenticate. Microsoft reported the key was already in use. I tried contacting customer support by email. The email was returned as undeliverable. Tried calling the customer support line. There is no identifying greeting, only goes on hold with music.
