The price was great! Quick delivery online. The only problem I have ever had with PC Masters is activating the software. The only surefire way is by telephone. The internet method has almost never worked for me. When you get to the Activation dialog box, and it asks you how you want to activate, click on "By Phone" and Next. A set of codes will be sent to your phone, and you just re-enter them on your computer in the Activation dialog. Works every time, and does not require a phone call or chat with tech support.

Delivery of software and prompt ability to download software file. Installation worked perfectly.

The whole process of ordering was straight forward, not complicated. But the key did not authenticate on initial try and had to go through phone process to authenticate.

It's okay...thanks you. The download name was different than what was purchased...a tad confusing.

Pcmasters Shop appears to be selling computer software that will not load on your PC, without jumping through many hoops. It is fine if you a are computer wiz, but a real pain in the butt if you are not. The Windows Activation Key I needed after reformatting my older laptop was minimal cost and immediately available for download, plus it worked perfectly. Great option and I appreciate PC Masters providing this service.
