Scam website

I have yet to receive the item I purchased.

I wrote to you a half hour after I mistakenly ordered the windows 10 update and asked you to cancel the order. I am unable to upgrade to 10 because my computer is too old. Someone responded and said they would get back to me, but never did, instead, you charged me and sent it anyway. I am displeased with your tactics and will be sending it back.

I was having trouble loading the software because of my lack of skills. Alexander from your online help done his magic and I now have a fully function software package. The team and service is outstanding. Thanks

I easily found the solution to my problem.

Support was great.

Have not receive long to download software

Where is my damned software???? I was supposed to get a key to open it immediately. I did not. I am still waiting for the software to be delivered electronically. It has not appeared. They are supposedly waiting for payment to clear...it was paid by credit card which cleared immediately.
