I had trouble with the installation

INCORRECT SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD. AND, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM THE PHILLIPINES !!

It seems to have installed ok. I had to do a telephone activation of the software, but that was not dificult. We don't use the software very often so it was the right price.

I ordered Windows 10 HOME for my computer. Evidently you sent me Window PRO..Key. It wouldn't accept the key. I was on CHAT with advisor (Star) for a very long time kept asking me the same question . What version did I have... I sent her screenshots of the invoice which clearly said Windows HOME. It just took way longer to get to fix this... I am not a computer whiz and that could be some of the problem. It is installed now and I am grateful for the help....

I did have a little bit of trouble activating my purchase, but the employee who helped me was very nice, and solved my issue right away! Thank you so much! The product is exactly as described and I am very pleased with my purchase! Wish I'd known about them years ago.

Instant access to the download and key. The real savor was the Tool app that allows you to make a disk or USB boot drive. Thankfully I had a USB drive. The OS iso would not burn without a dual layer DVD. A+
