I purchased the instant download of Office 2019 Professional Plus. Although the software was successfully installed, I got problem with Microsoft activation requirement. Not only PC Masters support team walked me through every step of the process, they even helped call Microsoft to solve the issue. CD for windows was already used for another install so windows will not allow me to activate windows with the key code on that windows CD. I will call ya'll again tomorrow for my money back .
