Easy to get the SW, but most of all, the customer service provided through the chat bot was excellent. 3 out of the 4 persons I chatted with (Matt, Lee & Alexander) were excellent... provided service/answers above and beyond what I expected.

Awesome guys!!!!

Transaction went very smoothly. Download went smoothly. Install went smoothly. But licensing was denied by Microsoft which required time on chat. Then time on the phone with MS. It all worked out eventually but it seemed like to many steps and room for error. Would be better to solve this via chat in one step in house at PC Masters.

Although got an error trying to install from update windows. The chat windows walked me through the call to Windows.

Customer service is second to none! I had an error message upon install and Kathleen in customer service sent me a link that corrected the problem in less than two minutes.

I am not a computer person. When it comes to fixes and updates I need all the help I can get. I found this site to give the best, patient, kind, correct service as I tried to update from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Both customer service reps that helped me during my interaction with PC Masters were great. they are to be commended for the outstanding service they gave me. Jae and Kathleen were just wonderful in helping me understand and follow the steps to do this upgrade successfully. thank you so much! I am a customer for life now!
