Sold me a windows 10 download with product key and it didn't work!!!! The key has already been used!!!!

Can not get a hold of anyone in customer service for issuing refunds/returns. Buyer Beware.

This was an easy transaction with easy to follow instructions. My questions were answered right away. It is a pleasure doing business with you.

Maybe sell product keys that have not been used

The PC Masters support team was quick to respond to issues and provided detailed instructions that helped us through the install and upgrade process which can be tricky with MS Windows.

Purchased Office 2021 Professional Plus. During the activation process the Office install wizard said it had been activated the maximum # of times already so I called Pcmasters support line. Dan was super nice and had me on hold while he called Microsoft, had me up and running in 10 minutes! Thanks Dan!

I've always been a bit wary of digital downloads, but this site is a perfect 2 for 2.

This place is selling activation codes that have already been used before. If anyone tells you that you need to call microsoft to activate the code, it's been used already. Save yourself the headache and buy a genuine microsoft OEM dvd with code from ebay. They can be had for under $40 and always work.
