I ordered a LTSC license and was frustrated that a KEY wasn't provided in the initial invoice email but it was for a good reason. I received a nice email to confirm the limitations of the license and in the end I didn't actually need it and they refunded me the cost. Will work with them in the future.

Tried to download. When opening it was blocked and message said get app from store. Give me directions on downloading the program I bought. I'm Turned off my VPN. No help from the customer support guy. Said he would email instructions, it would take about 10min. 2days later never got them Request refund!
