Never received my license key.

Good services

Received product as promised. However, activation via the internet did not work and had to call the Microsoft help to get it activated. But once I did that everything was OK.

Initially had an installation problem, but got it figured out with PCMaster’s assistance - then it was flawless.

I was supposed to receive my order via email. This never happened. I still have not received my order

I received the product that I requested on a timely basis. Although it took a couple of phone calls, I received the support that I needed.

Technical Support was very responsive and professional.

Super simple! Paid, received a Product Key and link to download the OS. I did need to talk to customer service, for some help, and the girl knew exactly what issue I was having and how to fix it. Would definitely recommend this company!
