Great, when the link wouldn't work, took control and worked around and installed.

Purchased an upgrade for Windows 11 Home to Professional +; and a MS Office 2021 Profession for Windows 11. Was able to install the products with minor issues on 9/26 & 9/27. The website Contact Us data does not work - the form; the phone number; nor the e-mail address (that bounces back). 11 days later (October 5th) received e-mails detailing the sales receipts of the 2 purchases. While inquiring about the duplicated e-mails through the 800#, the call looped. I hung up. Received a call from an 888#. It was Lee, from PCMasters-shop.com. He was responding to a dropped call. He listened politely. Explained the issues with the e-mail system and phone numbers. He will forwarded the issues with the website to the technical team and management.

It loaded quickly and is working! I can continue to use Publisher, the only program I have used for nearly 30 years to make countless files that I still use! I will soon be loading it on my other devices.

Kinda surprised how easy it was. Purchased the 2024 Office. Great value.
