I depositted bitcoin into a card and closed out of the card by accident and they just never creditted me for it. Emailed them and everything, no response

It's just a scam or very close. Their claim "Shop online with cryptocurrency" even if it's working somewhere is missing a something very very important. It should be - "shop online in a limited group of stores". I didn't find a single seller accepting their card. Mostly they was 100% U.S. residents. Sometimes it's like that Payments must be processed in the US. However, mostly just we can't process your card message from the seller. P.S. Their refunds aren't refunds as well, you're getting their credits instead of something useful. As you can see - at least they are consistent. ↓ A lie - I sent few mails to their support 2 weeks ago about refund, had been ignored.

Hi Alwind. It sounds like you’re trying to shop at non-US merchants. AWS EMEA is European. We make it very clear Moon cards only work at US merchants. All users check a box “I understand this card can only be used at US merchants” before purchasing a card. Your point about refunds is incorrect. If you’d like to withdraw your refund in crypto you can contact support and they’ll be happy to help.

My payments via Stripe, Paddle, etc. get blocked because "Payments must be processed in the US." Doesn't make sense.

been using pay with moon now for months. no problems ever, living on bitcoin. I really enjoy the apple pay feature, its what really makes this possible!

Their site says "There are no fees for making purchases through Moon." but they take fees for free trials. You will loose your money with this service. Reply from Pay with Moon "The $.99 fee is only for Nitro trials, as a subset of users were abusing the merchant for this purpose, generally in violation of the merchant's terms." Why don't you just ban me for using my card in the internet? Worst service

There are no fees when purchasing a card. As noted on your other review, there is also no universal trial fee. If you find Moon's terms disagreeable to your use-case, please reach out to [email protected] and request your account be closed, happy to accommodate.
