My Account Was Suspended After Crypto Payment – No Warning for Iranian Users I sent $19.82 in crypto to load my Moon card, unaware of the transaction fee. I live in Iran and did not know that Iranian users are restricted. There was no clear warning on the website or legal pages before or during the transaction. After payment, my account was suspended and I cannot verify my identity since Iran isn’t supported. My funds are now locked. I kindly request a refund or at least communication. This was an honest mistake.

I signed up and had no problems until I deposited $5 to test But the account was blocked for no reason No support No refunds Everything was a lie Definitely a scam.

I have used paywithmoon (mostly Moon 1X cards) to pay for various subscriptions with crypto such as ChatGPT and Claude - all sites I tried accepted these cards. The support team has always helped me if I had problems with the cards, like in ticket #15913 - they always removed the cards and returned their balance if there were problems with them. Overall a good and very convenient service. P.S. Regarding the negative reviews, it might be better to transfer your crypto to paywithmoon via major exchanges (e.g. Bybit, Binance), since some users have had their accounts blocked due to AML checks.

For me moon is a great solution for everyday tasks. From paying for subscriptions to shopping on amazon. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. After all, everything can be solved through technical support. Obviously the company adheres to AML standards and that's right. Send clean btc and everything will be fine.

This how the company operates: 1) Offer a good service. Nice website, everything runs smoothly. 2) Have very high limits with just an email account, no KYC. 3) Let you do the first couple of transactions with zero issues. 4) Once they have your trust, you deposit a larger sum and they freeze your account. 5) They claim that they'll release your funds once you agree to a very invasive KYC process. 6) They know that you won't do this, because the only reason you're using their service is because privacy is important to you. They get to keep your money, while enough people will say it works (because it does, at first) to get new people to sign up. If they reply to this, they will claim that 'any frozen funds are due to someone being in a restricted location (eg. North Korea...)'. This is a lie. They'll sit and watch you ordering bin bags and coffee pods to your US address, and then pretend that you're in a restricted location and steal your money. Be warned, this company is 100% a scam.

just created New Account,Created new 1X Visa and paid via Tron network, suddenly page turned to this message "We are unable to serve you at this time." exactly after my payment has been confirmed. i lost my money to this pure SCAM !!! also never received any reply from their Support team.
