They’re fraud

Worst app to use. They keep your amount for at least 5-6 working days and customer support in puppet. They know nothing.

I have Initiated a transfer on March 24 and till now no update.I have been in touch with them (emails/messages) NO LUCK.I think Paypenny transaction is unreliable and not worth the stress when we are sending money to our loved ones.I Thing going forward I will be considering other platform.Lesson Learnt Thank You paypenny !

They give best rates very often but they limit an individual transaction to £900. The main pain point is the unreliability of when the transaction is going to happen. A recent transaction took 7 days and after reporting to their customer support 5 times.

I initiated a transfer on 11th march 25 and till date it's pending. I am really worried now as each day passing. I did raise a ticket and contacted Customer service on what's app & responded it will sort by next day but it's still pending

I done my transactions on 9/3/2025 Today is 15th of march till now they didnt transfer my funds Whenever i call them theyre telling me within 1 hour it should be done.

Delayed Transfer & Pending Issue I recently made a transfer through Paypenny Wallet on March 9, 2025, and the status has been stuck as "Transfer Pending" for quite some time. I expected a smoother and faster transaction process. There has been no clear update from customer support. This delay is frustrating, especially when dealing with international transfers. I request Paypenny to resolve this issue promptly and improve their service for better reliability. If this issue is not resolved soon, I may have to consider alternative platforms for future transactions
