Initiated the transaction on 25th April to transfer my money to an Indian account but it is still showing pending & when I checked with the customer service they are saying that it will still take 4-5 working days to complete the transaction. I don’t understand why PayPenny is taking 10 days to transfer money when other apps are completing the transfers in 15-20 mins. I wouldn’t be using paypenny again.

Don not do any transactions thought this app. This is one kind of scam. Thay are taking more than 8 working days till they can’t complete transaction. Also they didn’t give the answer.

Trust me guys it was my big mistake in my life that I have not read the reviews of this app pls do not use to transfer ur hard earned money through this shit app. April 17th till now they didn’t transfer and everyday that say only One answer “ We truly apologize for the delay. Our accounts team is actively working on it, and transactions are now in progress. We’re hopeful they'll be cleared shortly.” They only give us same answers everyday and they didn’t give us to date and refund. I suggest you use Western union it best one.

They are fraud. I transferred 550 euros on 17 April 2025, n I didn’t get it yet in India. When I raised complaint to customer care, everyday I get d same reply that transaction is under process . Please don’t use this app. It’s a big fraud company!

Not a trustworthy app. Did transaction 14 april , 2025 still waiting, didn’t receive the money yet.. this is a harassment

Transferred on 10th but hasn’t received till now.contacted via what’s up raised ticket in app still no luck.They said they are prataritising but no luck

Honest review and beware of this scam: Being first time user, used their "i" symbol besides Add money option. It said as follows: Name : Newway Trust Email : "payments@newwaypay. ca" Beware this is scam by app developer to steal your money. it won't add any money no matter how much you transfer. It's Automatic deposit set-up to owner or some third party. Lost 1000s of dollars in this. Guys if u wanna save your money and time , just use legitimate app like remitly or own banking app to do global transfer.
