I have been trying to contact Paypenny support since been 2 weeks now and they are not responding with any resolution. I have made transaction of £900 and sent it to India but still it's showing Pending since 22nd Sept. I also added £1000 pounds in my wallet but it still in pending but it got deducted from my Bank Account. No one is responding to Whatsapp chats, emails or support ticket. Where Paypenny can be reached now for getting support on my issues.?

I transferred the amount on 27 September 532 euro and 29 September 426 euro but till date money not transfer Use less service and i suggest that anyone not to use this app …when amount will be transfer that no ones knows,,,,wastage of time

Stop using PayPenny. !!! A BIG NO !!! My recent experience with PayPenny has been nothing short of a nightmare. After nearly two years of using the service, they are done. I initiated a transaction on September 24th for approximately 37,500 INR, and it is still pending 7 days later. Customer service has provided inconsistent and misleading information throughout this ordeal. On Saturday, September 28th, they assured me the issue would be resolved by Monday, September 30th. However, when I followed up on Monday morning, I was told it would be completed by the end of the day. By Monday evening, I was informed that it would now be resolved by Tuesday afternoon, October 1st. Yet, when I checked in on Tuesday afternoon, I was told to wait until the end of the day again. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and simply intolerable. I strongly advise anyone considering PayPenny to look for better alternatives.

Specially the transfer rates.

This app has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. It’s now the sixth day since I initiated a transfer, and my money still hasn't reached its destination. Despite being repeatedly told that the transfer would be completed in 1-2 days, nothing has happened. The support team is utterly useless, parroting the same empty responses without real understanding of the situation. It’s completely unacceptable for them to hold onto my money for an entire week, especially in an emergency. Their lack of urgency and inability to process transactions on time is alarming. I cannot stress enough—do not rely on their promises or what’s stated in the app. Using another service is better, even if the rates are slightly lower. At least your money will be safe and transferred quickly. This app has proven unreliable and untrustworthy, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Dont use this app totally fake time waste energy waste headache app useless app

I sent money to friend account in India from UK and the status is showing as pending. This is fake app dont use it. The customer care people are telling the same dialogue again and again. This is the first time Iam using and I wont use again. There fake reviews in social media put me in this trap. Please guys dont use this fake app.

Really its an hectic app to transfer, the representative tells it will be transferred within 1-2 days. But its been 3rd day and the money has not been transferred to the destination. The team does not know any technical things just they repeat like a parrot what has been thought to them. Till now my transaction is in pending stage and no timeframe when it will be completed. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY ON THEIR WORDS OR WRITTEN ON APP.
