totally wastage of time it takes so many days no body use this app even they donot listen to your complaints on whats app its 6 days past to my request no body take care how urgent i need money

They are fraud and my parents account got freeze in India and they are not giving back $500

Absolutely terrible experience with the PayPenny app. Transactions take several days to process, which defeats the whole purpose of a money transfer app. I expected fast and efficient service, but instead got delays, poor customer support, and endless frustration. I had to wait almost a 2 week for a simple transfer to go through, and every time I reached out to support, I got vague responses with no real solution. This app is completely unreliable—do not trust it for urgent transfers. There are far better and faster alternatives out there. Avoid at all costs!

I made a transaction through the PayPenny app 8 days ago, and to this day, I have not received my money. This is not just a delay – it feels like my money is being blocked or held hostage by the application without any proper reason or explanation. I trusted this platform to send money, expecting a secure and reliable service. But instead, I’ve been left with stress, anxiety, and zero support. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but all I get are automated responses or excuses with no real action or resolution. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with hard-earned money. People use these platforms to support their families, pay bills, or handle emergencies — not to be ignored and left hanging for over a week. I strongly advise everyone to avoid using PayPenny. It is highly unreliable, unprofessional, and irresponsible. If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to report this to the proper financial authorities and take further action. Do not trust PayPenny with your money!

Very bad. I sent money on 22 april 2025 . My parents did not receive any money in india yet. Very slow transaction. Today is 2 may 2025 . Also it is not showing any update in my transaction. showing pending.

It takes 20 days to transfer, doesn't even feel like it's legit
