I made a transaction through the wallet from Germany to india. The money never arrived after more than 20 days. The customer care doesn't bother to provide any clear information regarding the payment as i had provided necessary transactional details .

Peppenny took more than two weeks for my transaction and still no update and when I complain to customer service they say I will make your payment in one day and then I go for follow up. Those people only give promises! Peppenny and its customer service are frauding me from last two weeks by showing bank server problem.

It's very good application to transfer money to India

I have transferred many times from germany to India(EUR to INR). transfers wont proceed suddenly, if it is during Holidays and weekends. One negative thing is that, we need to transfer first to the wallet and then to the INR account. This is sometimes boring. Whatsap support from paypenny team is always quick for me. Usually maximum of 2 days is the transfer time i have faced.

They’re too slow. Apparently this is a scam in cooking. Just like Harshad Mehta scam. They’re holding your money promising few pennies better than market rate and holding until they make money off it either due to exchange rate fluctuations or something else and then release your money. That’s the reason they take longer than usual processing times. As usual the customer service bots give you standard replies.

Here are the words from a wounded customer of PayPenny. I made three transactions on September 25th 2024 using PayPenny to transfer a significant sum of money (3 transactions) from Germany to an Indian bank account due to family medical emergency. As of today, I have not received a single Rupee in the recipient account. What’s more frustrating is the absolute lack of professionalism from their support team. I’ve been given nothing but empty promises—"it will be resolved in 12 hours", "give it 48 hours", and now, "maybe by Monday." This has been going on for almost two weeks now, and I’ve lost faith in their service. I've used several other platforms in the past, and none have ever given me this kind of grief. PayPenny's support through WhatsApp is a joke. Their calls go straight to voicemail, and emails remain unanswered. Despite multiple requests, I couldn’t even get proper contact for their escalation team. I’m beyond disappointed with how poorly they’ve handled this, and I would strongly advise against using their service unless you’re willing to deal with frustration and zero accountability. Still waiting for my money to be credited, with no clear resolution in sight.!!
