The free frames offer was a bait and switch. The discount did not auto apply at checkout so I had to remove them. I tried multiple times with different pairs from the free frames page. Very disappointing.

Website was a little slow and clunky, but I liked the selection, prices, and ability to try on.

I placed my order but got stuck on the screen that said "placing order" I called the company and was told to go back and try again. I was reassured that I would not get duplicate orders nor billed twice. The representative was polite and helpful. He answered all my questions in a professional manner. I did go back to the cart and my order went through the 2nd time.
