Sorry for the frustration here — you’re absolutely right to call this out. The fun pastel color options are part of our Clr2Drk light-adaptive lenses and are currently only available with certain thinner lens options, which can make them a bit harder to find than they should be. We completely understand how that would be frustrating. We’re actively working on updates to make these options easier to locate as you move through the selection process. We really appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback.

Hi, Sorry for the frustration here — especially around the sign-in and checkout experience. That’s not how this should feel. I did want to confirm that your order has been fully canceled and refunded, so you won’t be charged moving forward. In some cases, orders are placed on hold after checkout for confirmation (such as prescription details) before moving into production. This is done to help ensure everything is accurate before the glasses are made. We also want to reassure you that there are no hidden charges — all lens options and upgrades are itemized before checkout, and we appreciate the feedback on how this was presented.
