Going from being turned away elsewhere to finally getting the pair you wanted — that’s a meaningful shift. We really appreciate this.

Love the frames, the easiness to order, the quick shipping, and the price was fantastically reasonable.

Great style with a smooth process and fast delivery — especially at that price — that says a lot. Thanks for this.

On a whim I decided to click a social media add for Payne Glasses and I am so glad I did! I found my dream pair in my favorite colors. The ordering process was so quick and easy. My glasses were delivered in less than a week and I absolutely love them! They fit great and the prescription is perfect! I thought these were going to be my spare pair but now these are my new favorites!! Highly recommend!!!

Going from a first click to finding a pair that becomes your favorite — with everything coming together from fit to prescription — that says a lot. Thank you — we appreciate it.

Never received my order, and the tracking information is very unclear and difficult to navigate. Sometimes it reads “in lab” for my order, following day will note “shipped.” Regardless, they should have arrived 5 days ago.
Response from Payne Glasses LLCApr 8, 2026
That’s frustrating — especially when tracking isn’t clear and the order doesn’t arrive when expected. Status updates like “in lab” can be confusing, and we’re working to make that clearer. Our team is already looking into your order and will make sure it gets to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Always coming back and having both style and speed hold up — that’s a strong run. Thank you for your loyalty.

Great value. Honestly better clarity than $800.00 glasses custom made from my eye doctor. I payed $120.00 from payne glasses!!!

Clearer vision at that level — especially compared to higher-priced pairs — that says a lot. Thank you — we appreciate it.
