The people are so nice. I ordered glasses and inadvertently, didn’t change the negative to a positive, so my prescription was wrong. They were kind enough to work with me to get them corrected. They also let me switch from a sparkly frame - which I didn’t realize was glittery - to a pair that was better suited for a 62 year old woman. I appreciate them so much. My glasses are perfect and very me. I love them. They are lightweight, comfortable and the progressive lenses and the transition sunglasses are spot on. Perfect. The people here ROCK! Thank you so much.

I HIGHLY recommend Payne Glasses. You can get standard Progressives (including frames and lenses) for as low as $34 after shipping. It's $45 if you upgrade to blue light blocking progressives. $18 inclusive of shipping for single vision scrips ($29 if you add blue light blocking). The frames I've gotten are actually really nice (some don't have the "Try On" feature set up yet which is annoying and I beg the company to try harder to offer this for every frame if you are reading because the feature really does help!). These are decent polycarbonate lenses unless you upgrade (so even base level lenses are anti-reflective, scratch resistant, UV blocking). i think the shipping fee is $4.95 (and i included this in the prices mentioned), if you buy more than one pair of single vision, then the price obviously goes down per item). I know I'm part of the problem (killing mom and pop neighborhood stores) but some of us can't afford to spend piles of dough each year for glasses, I was told this week that i have "baby cataracts" and lately every other year i need new glasses and i'm someone who loses my glasses constantly so I require more than one pair. Remember to insist that your eye doctor put your pupilary distance on scrip (they never do unless you ask)... physical scrip not needed but you need the number though it's easy to measure yourself. Good luck. I do not work for this company, just grateful I can afford progressives. I also know that the jury isn't out as to whether blue light is harmful but just wanted to let people know who want the option...

This is the second time I have purchased glasses from Payne. They are extremely easy to work with and offer a high-quality product at a good value.

Order came fast. Glasses fit great and lens were great. Used to pay over $500 per pair. Will always order with Payne.
