Looked at their site for several weeks. Finally decided to give Payne Glasses a try and ordered prescription glasses with progressive lenses. Followed their instructions, including sending a picture of my recent eye exam script. My glasses were mailed out in about a week and were perfect! I was comfortable with the new lenses in about 30 minutes. My cost was $65 after all the add-on to the lenses, taxes and such….without insurance!

I found this company searching cheap glasses and I’m so far I’m glad I did. I ordered my sexual son his first pair glasses with no problem. I already had his prescription so I found some really cute frames, put the order in and they arrived very quickly. Prices are so reasonable and the service was so quick that I’m going to order me a pair next. A week after my son got his new frames the lens fell out but this company was quick to replace them for free with no problems at all.

Excellent return experience

I have been buying eyewear from Payne Glasses for several years and have always been very happy with my purchases. They have a large number of quality frames to choose from as well as progressive lenses for a wide variety of uses. Their eyewear costs a small fraction of the price that I would pay at a brick and mortar store and I always receive my glasses in 10 days when I pay for priority shipping on my order. I will continue to purchase glasses here and recommend this company to all my friends and family members.

This is the 2nd time ordering from Payne Glasses. I love the frames and the prescriptions always come out right. My prescription changed recently so I need a couple more pair of glasses. They fit perfect and I love them. Very reasonable price and fast shipping!!

My progressives prescription was not manufactured correctly, and the lenses were wrong. Could not reach anyone by phone to resolve, was told only by email. Each response took several days, and the entire issue, which was a refund, took about a month to resolve. I was asked to pay an up charge to get the premium warranty to even get a refund. Otherwise the choice for a replacement was single vision only, when I'd paid for progressives! Details got lost in the many daisychained emails, and my optician verified a defect in the lenses. Their optician says they were made to spec. I'm going to trust my optician with 40+ years experience, than some fly by night online only company. Some things are best still done in person, only. There is no quality customer service anymore, just pushing company policies and no authority to think outside of that to assist customers. I finally got a full refund, but this was an incredibly disappointing experience overall. Their optician viewed my initial photos wearing them with their PD markers on them, and noted "they are not straight on your face", why I could not see out of them. My optician straightened them and noted the lenses didn't have prism. It wasn't written into my prescription, but all progressive lenses have prisim ground into them. Not only don't I recommended this company, I don't recommend online ordering of glasses other than single vision, maybe bifocals

This company is the only one I know of online that can produce prescription glasses that need both progressive bifocals and prisms. The quality is sooo good. They have also helped my wallet since my prescription is expensive.

Payne Glasses. At first I was very displeased with my eye glasses. I ordered the beginners progressives. I went from lined bifocals to progressive and was very aggravated with the transition process. After a little over a month and finally I’m adjusting to the progressives. Still some small issues but much better than day one. I like the fact they offer beginner progressives
