I called first before I ordered and when I called about their mistake after receiving the glasses, they wanted me to pay extra for their mistake. Would not give me a 100 percent refund. Only wanted to give 50 percent refund and it was their mistake

I never got my stuff I ordered I paid for it's probably something on the post office is in because other than that I've been ordering from paying glasses for a long time and I've ordered a lot of glasses from them and I never had this issue but I was just really counting on this pair cuz I don't have a pair right now and I can't see like I'm blind without them so but I'm I'm sure it's the post offices I'm just having not had any luck getting a hold of an actual person at the post office so that's my only issue so far

Upon being advised of my error in measuring pupil distance and requiring a return at my cost, I was sent a replacement pair of glasses that were unusable for my needs. I also cost me an additional amount of money that could have been spent at a local suppliers and saved weeks of my time. In all I feel the adds are great for people that are just looking for frames that match their outfits but for people on fixed incomes, go local and save time wishing you had the money to throw away. Never again.

I recently wanted aviator sunglasses with lined bifocal. I clicked too quickly and accidentally ordered lineless which make me dizzy. Payne Support gave me credit after retuning them and found a way for their lab to take a clear set off glasses then tint them. It worked and I quickly got the glasses I wanted. I’ve previously ordered other glasses from them and the quality is superior to some of the cheaper brands but still an excellent value. I’m very happy with service, price, selection, support, and quality of the glasses I’ve ordered.
