I commented on their social media that i would like to see a review from a regular person and not an influencer or content creator and they had the comment flagged and removed as "spam" almost instantly. If they'll do that to something that wasn't even negative comment, I can only imagine what they do with negative reviews from real people. Any company THAT afraid of negative feedback has a product that they can't stand behind. That alone is enough for me to never give them my business.

Personally, I was just disappointed with how the frame looked in person compared to online. I ordered the Salvatore browline in gray. They looked like a nice, light gray online, but were are practically black when I received them. Just going to take the loss and trash them, not really worth the effort of returning them for a partial refund.

I ordered three frames from Payne - just frames - and was EXTREMELY pleased. They looked JUST like the images on site. They were packaged very carefully, wrapped in a cloth, then a small soft bag, then inside a case, and packed in a perfectly fitting small corrugated plastic box. I got them quickly - less than a week - and most of all they were HUNDREDS cheaper than the frames at the Eye Dr office.

I LOVE PAYNE GLASSES! I've bought 2 pair of regular glasses and 2 pair of sunglasses from them so far and all were of excellent quality! I will be buying more in the future!

For the most part, I use Payne Glasses for all my eyeglass purchases. I have tried other vendors bit have been dissatisfied. Although my very favorite frames have been discontinued (Classic Dusk in all colors). I have purchased a few other frames that I like.
