I loved the glasses but even though they’re the same rx I got from the eye Dr, they gave me a massive headache every time I wear them.

I dont like that I have to try and bend the nose pads in and out, up and down. Not comfortable, you should include tool for this adjustment

Second time I voted glasses from you and they never quite are right when it comes to progressives. I bought from other online companies and typically I don’t have that problems so somethings going on at your Chinese lab.

I recently ordered a pair of glasses from Payne Glasses. I made an error entering my prescription info. I contacted Payne and to my happy surprise, they offered to redo my lenses. They also double checked my updated information with me. The support people were absolutely fantastic and they were genuinely concerned that I get the correct lenses. I can’t say enough good things about how well I was treated!

The order process was easy. The selection was AMAZING and the cost made it easy to buy more!! I tried the progressives, took a minute to adjust, but I L♥VE them. I was skeptical about ordering because I had a terrible experience with another online company. That's why I only ordered one pair, once I got those I went for two more pairs. Don't hesitate!!! I’ve had 4 pairs of Payne glasses and they have all been great! One pair I had gotten my prescription wrong. They fixed the issue for me at no extra cost. I would recommend them to everyone.

I've been ordering glasses from Payne since 2019. Best thing I ever did. I was leery ordering online for high index, progressive lenses. Color me sold! Fraction of the price I had always paid and the lenses are better quality.
