I bought two pair
I bought two pair, my first online glasses. I just received them yesterday. I ordered them May 21st and they were delivered by USPS on May 30th. I anticipated it would take longer. I was worried that the bifocal would be off, even though I used my PD number from my prescription. I am pleased to say that everything about the prescription lenses seems correct. I ordered the transitions on both pairs, the scratch coating, and even their warranty. My total for both pairs was $140.00. One pair of the frames was $8.95 the other was $20.95. I bought the Belize and the Ennis frames. I love both of them, the Ennis are more deluxe with the spring bar on the arms. I will advise, my frames are darker than they appeared when I did the “try on” feature. Payne has a very big selection to choose from. I had been also looking at Zenni, it was recommended to me, but I stumbled upon Payne, and went with them. When I got them yesterday, I took them on a test drive on my golf cart in the bright evening sun. I was happy to watch them transition to dark lenses. I reviewed and watched videos of both companies. I would not hesitate to recommend Payne to anyone. My experience has been great. My sister is about to purchase a set of the bifocals with transition now. I wanted to get mine first to see how they were. She has to have prisms put in her’s so I hope that works out for her.
