Literally their Customer Service is AMAZING!!! Our package was marked delivered by USPS but never showed up. I reached out to Payne on what to do since USPS wasn’t being helpful after 4 days and these were the first pairs of glasses for my daughter that we needed before she went to school. Not only did they reply immediately, they offered to REMAKE and RESHIP the whole order to another address or ship through FedEx that they would also pay for! ABOVE AND BEYOND what I could have ever expected! Luckily the same day I reached out to them our neighbor down the block got our glasses delivered to them and they took them immediately over to us so we didn’t even need the generous offer from Payne but the fact they offered to help out so quickly was just amazing. We already loved Payne and we’ve never had any issues with any pairs of glasses (we order a lot! there’s 4 of us!) and now I know that their customer service is incredible too! Customers for life, you can’t get any better than them!!! ❤️
