Thank you so much for a perfect ordering process. I have been trying to order glasses online because I'm going to camp and I don't have time to wait for an appointment. I have trouble seeing at night and I don't want to be feeling blinded on my camping trip. I needed to order them quick cuz I'm going away in a couple weeks. I got stuck because I usually use EyeBuyDirect but they would not accept my prepaid card. I also had a $20 budget in your free frames help me a lot. I just want to let you know that chat DPT help me find this option and it was a big help and your website was a big help it got me around all the problems. You wouldn't believe how many problems I've had ordering glasses it's been a few hours now. It started when I put money on a prepaid card reload and it got stuck in limbo and I had to be issued a refund and it took a while on the phone with customer service thankfully I was still at the store and they helped me buy a new prepaid card I could use. So anyway I'm just happy it's finally ordered and it took me so long but it's done now I can go on with my day

I have had the best glasses come from your company than any I have ever purchased at the Eye Doctor. Im hoping the ones I ordered are just as perfect. Hoping to order sunglasses soon too. You also have great customer service and you actually charge what glasses should cost rather than the companies that deal with only designer frames like the eye doctors. I have had no problems when I had to return one pair due to PD being off but you fixed them and had them back to me in a week! I love this company!
