I used to love Payne Glasses and I told everyone about how great they were. I must have purchased over 25 pairs of glasses over the years. Recently, I had cataract surgery so obviously my script changed significantly. I got my new script and went directly to Payne for a new set of glasses. What a disappointment!! I wanted a pair with magnetic clip ons. Every pair I selected said my script would not work with the frames I chose! I called to find out why and the person with whom I spoke said that stronger scripts don’t work with clip ons. That’s odd because before my surgery, I was able to get the same frames with a stronger script! Guess I won’t be buying from Payne anymore.

The ease of ordering prescription glasses online is a plus. The speed of producing and receiving the glasses through the mail is exceptional. The price is of great value less than a $100 for a complete pair of progressive prescription eyewear. The fit is 97% up to par . Only because I have a large head - the yellow wrap around connectors wouldn’t reach to connect for a good snug sporty fit so I give it an A-. Otherwise the lens are pretty much as accurate and a delight to wear as I have been longing for clear vision. Im 97% satisfied. I just wish the connectors to go behind the head was long enough to clasp or connect for a perfect fit. Nevertheless Im very satisfied with my order of Payne prescription eyewear. If

For some reason I couldn't upload a picture of myself wearing my current glasses after placing my order. I emailed the help department and attached my photo. They e-mailed me back fairly quickly and told me they sent it on to the lab. A little while later I received an e-mail from the lab that they had my photo. I thought this was very good quality customer service! I was very relieved to be kept informed, I couldn't be happier with the service!

I have been ordering from PG for three years and I love their glasses. I purchased glasses from my optometrist and they weren't as good as these. The quality of their frames is exceptional. I've only ordered the gold frames and they stay shiny and never peel. My prescriptions are always right on. I highly recommend to anyone to buy from PG. WHY SPEND THREE HUNDRED ON ONE PAIR OF GLASSES when you can get two pair for under $100.
