We were given a quote for our monthly costs. It was reasonable, and the sales guy seemed honest and trustworthy. When we received the first bill, we ended up getting charged for things that were not on the quote. Each township an employee lives in we got charged each week for each person. $8 a township, that ends up being very costly each month. Never heard of this charge and it was not on our quote. I could actually go on and on with my dissatisfaction with this company. Instead of making our lives easier, they make mistakes and changes that end up costing us money and time. I cannot wait to be able to switch to a different third party payroll company or bring it back in house.

I would leave zero stars. They hype their offers but are unclear about fees and when they apply. Fees are random and extravagant. It also cost an exorbitant amount to close an account. They will also go back months to add more fees. Untrustworthy and overpriced! Also customer service is a nightmare!

Give them zero stars. They just charged me $1100 for "promotional charge-back." I ran my last payroll with them over a month ago and currently have no employees or payroll. They told me we were good to go. What the heck!!! You guys hurt small businesses for a little bit of money. SICK. I recommend you run the other way if you are considering using this company for payroll.

If I could give a 0 star I would! Run from this company. We were with Paycor from Jan-June 2025. What a disaster. They never paid the payroll taxes from Jan-March, they still a year after canceling them in June 2025 are still filing taxes on our behalf when we sent a cancelation letter. They doubled their fees and taking money out of our account . Missing money not paid to State of NH and never took out the taxes for a MA employee. Thank God we realized the errors quickly and got rid of this company. ADP helped us fix Paycor errors for W2. Trying to get someone to help us find where our payroll tax money went is nearly impossible. They need to be investigated by the AG office.

Can't sign in to my account so I reached out. Paycor said I need my client ID and told me to get it from my account so they could help me. I guess they do not realize how ridiculous this sounds. I have been going round and round with them for a couple of hours online, in a chat, and on the phone. The final straw was talking with an actual person who refused to help me and refused my request to get transferred to someone who could help me. He said no he would not help me or transfer me. What kind of customer service is that?! If you are looking for a payroll service, keep looking. There are many better options our there! Tried to reach out again and still not able to login. The chat and links send me in circles. I have my info to login and all my personal info yet no one will help get this issue resolved. Logging in is ridiculously hard and customer service is pitiful!

Can I please use negative stars? Worst PR provider I ever worked with. You do not have an assigned PR professional. Paycor made a huge mistake, case created and 5 weeks later it is not resolved and now I have to fix the problem it created. Asked for a supervisor call ...no one called. Asked to have agent assigned to our case call me only to be told they cannot call you. They will only email you.

They are horrible! If I could rate in negative numbers I definitely would! They totally ruined us in many ways. Including making the tax payments to the IRS like they were supposed to do.
