As a user, so so so bad. You can't copy your week's schedule and enter it onto the next week even if you work the same hours every week which means that instead you need to enter each and every punch separately. Not a big deal except that Paycor is laaaaggggy and it's not my internet or just me. Every employee in my system has the same experience. Every single punch takes time and results in a little spinning save icon. And Paycor has zero customer support and training. There are also just random glitches that you learn workarounds for. A coworkers sick hours disappeared and HR needs to add them back in. My sick time won't enter one day, so I log out and try the next day and now it's ok. It's like it needs to be given love and care in order to work...not great for payroll software. And don't get me started on our entirely messed up W-2s this year.

I have two (2) businesses and have used…
I have two (2) businesses and have used Paycor since 2013. Over the years there has been a major decline in service so collectively we decided to make a move. To give the 30 day notice required they require you to do it with an online process. I was able to successfully close one of the companies but was unable to close or give notice on the other. It has taken more than three (3) months for them to provide me with a way to close the 2nd company. Additionally, my business was charged fees each month during this process. What a SCAM! If you are thinking of using Paycor "RUN"! You should also know that Maria Holwerda the Senior Accounts Specialist, is a joke. This entire experience has been so corrupt.
This reply is such a joke. Start a ticket? Really, I've probably started more than five (5) tickets trying to resolve this scam Paycor has going on. It's not a lot of money this is purely principle.

Absolute trash.
Absolute trash.
My employer sent me there to get my old W2s. Went through the entire registration process and *whoopsie* it does not recognise my username/PW.
That I *JUST* set.
Tried two days later, just in case it was slow to propagate.
Nope, still doesn't recognize the UID/PW.
And there is *NO* contact option except through HR departments.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when account access doesn’t work as expected, especially when trying to retrieve tax documents. Paycor access is managed by the employer, so HR or payroll admins are typically the best path for account verification and support. We’ll share this feedback with our team as we continue improving the user experience.

RUN from Paycor fast
RUN, from this place. They constantly over charge you and literally steal from you and don't care. Our company restructured and downsized by about 50 employees. I resigned them over a month but still charged me for 50 employees that are no longer employees. I took screen shots but they still said I have 50 extra employees when I don't. They will lie, steal and cheat you, this is a terrible company. Thankfully they will have to answer to a much Greater Authority for all their sins against their customers. I would rather you steal from me in this world that what will come to greedy companies like this.

I had called 6 different times and I…
I had called 6 different times and I still kept having a representative tell me that they're technical support team would reach out to me within 24 to 48 hours and never did. This company is not trustworthy and should not even be in Business. This went on for well over a week and nothing ever got solved. Any company that would do business with them, well they need to have their heads examined or they're just plain damn lazy.

As a employee I can’t even see my paystub.. they giving my employer a hard time not helping him. This almost feels illegal that they don’t give you a paystub so I can check if they are doing things correctly for me. I am so aggravated and feel like now the maybe doing things wrong or stealing. I can not get this resolved.

I wish I could give them negative…
I wish I could give them negative stars. I will try to keep this short. They sent money to the IRS for taxes on the wrong quarter. 8 months later and I am still out >$30,000 of my personal money. Paycor is giving me the run around and has tried to charge me fees for their mistakes. The IRS lost the refund form. Paycor is impossible to get ahold of and customer service continues to lie to me.

I was referred to Paycor by Fifth Third…
I was referred to Paycor by Fifth Third Bank and initially felt confident moving forward. During my first conversation with the representative, I was told that with only seven employees, my monthly cost would be $149, and my first month would be free. That felt fair and straightforward.
Unfortunately, the experience that followed was anything but.
My first month was billed at $225, despite being told it would be free. When I contacted the rep, she explained that because I started mid month, they wouldn’t honor the free month — something never mentioned upfront. The next month came in at $189, and then the third month jumped to $775. At that point, I had to stop everything at my restaurant to figure out what was happening.
I was told the large charge was because I didn’t have all the required IDs in the system for filing. As a business owner paying for a payroll service, I expect them to communicate what they need — not silently charge me hundreds of dollars in penalties without any outreach. Yet every time I asked for clarification, I was simply sent a link to an FAQ page.
The following month was $445, meaning their fees were now continuing to be above my actual $149.
To make matters worse, Paycor’s payroll processing is extremely slow. It takes four business days for employees to be paid — five days if there’s a holiday. Their service is slow, but their billing is fast.
Now I’m in collections simply because their billing cycle is unclear and inconsistent.
As a business owner, I need predictable costs to operate. Paycor has been anything but predictable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Paycor to any business of any size.
