If you are thinking about using this company, DON'T!!! Run before you get locked into a 3 year contract you have to pay to an outrageous amount to get out of. They will hit you with EXORBITANT fees and then tell you "sorry you signed the contract". This is the WORST company I have ever worked with and if I could I would give 0 stars!!!

My very favorite part of using Paycom is the service I receive. Our support team is quick to respond, understands our business, and helps us to align Paycom's capabilities with our companies long term goals. If you asked our employees what their favorite part is, I believe they would mention approve my check and askhere. Those 2 features have been instrumental in reducing overall administrative burdens due to payroll errors. This also creates a much more positive employee experience. My favorite features in Paycom are advanced report writer and client action center. Advanced report writer allows me to pull from any field in Paycom to provide necessary decision making data to stake holders. Client Action Center allows me to communicate with tax and banking teams so I can ensure I stay on top of all relevant tax items. That is something I have not seen in other HRIS.

Thanks for making tasks like PTO, benefits and payroll easier and more efficient. Not only HR, but employees and managers are more engaged and knowledgeable.

I love Paycom because it makes payroll and HR management much more streamlined. Having payroll, timekeeping, benefits, employee information, and reporting in one system saves time and reduces manual administrative work. I especially appreciate the employee self-service features because they give employees more ownership of their information while helping improve payroll accuracy. From a finance and management perspective, Paycom also provides the reporting and visibility needed to better monitor payroll and labor costs.

We used another service before Paycom and the customer help pales in comparison. It is nice to call for help and not getting someone reading off a script that doesn't know the system your calling about. With Paycom, the service team is excellent, knowledgeable and extremely helpful every time.

We had a rough beginning, but our service rep, Alora is great. We have been on Paycom for two years and the first 6-8 months were tough. But we worked through the issues and about a year ago got a new CSR and she is wonderful. She always responds quickly and is very helpful- teaching us how to adjust our processes to best suit our needs. Paycom is also very user friendly and employee centric! They can look up their own information and that is a more hands on approach which our employees love.

Very helpful Paycom Specialists, continuing education on their product via webinars and on-demand tutorials along with "ShowMeHow" printable sheets. Their time punch system makes payroll very easy and streamlined. their phone app is extremely helpful and convenient.

Paycom has made my job as a human resources manager of a company that operates across multiple locations SO much easier! From the beginning with their transition specialists, we have had nothing but great experiences. Everyone we've come in contact with is knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to talk to. Paycom has truly made things easier for administrators and staff alike. Our staff love being able to make changes whenever they need to, without having to wait for myself or another administrator to complete their request! Staff also love how user friendly the app is. We don't regret making the switch in any way.
