Paycom has been an excellent solution for our organization. The platform is user-friendly, efficient, and helps streamline many HR processes that would otherwise require multiple systems. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I would recommend Paycom to other agencies looking for a comprehensive, all-in-one HR solution.

Tried to get in to log my hours, said my credentials are wrong for no reason. Tried to recover username because thats the only thing i didnt remember, it sent me my email which didnt work. I still cant get in.

My company uses Paycom and I found it to be by far the easiest HR platform to work in. Very user friendly and the customer service support is amazing! Someone is always available to help with no questions asked. I strongly would recommend PAYCOM as a wonderful HRIS system!

On the whole the system works well and the development of new tools seems to make processes easier. Sometimes it's hard to find the information you need in the help guides and there are always things that you feel could work better for your own company. On the whole it is a great system.
