Had to use them as a third party service to complete a background check. It requires a picture of your license but I accidentally picked the wrong photo but it took it anyway and there was absolutely nothing I could do to change it. The entry screen ceased to exist. I feel like being able to edit the photo is an important feature but evidently no one considered that when writing the code...

Great for scheduling, tracking timecards, and applicants. Always willing to assist with issues or meet with our company for updates and new procedures to utilize all of their tools.

Paycom has been a great asset to our organization. The platform is user-friendly, efficient, and has helped simplify many of our HR processes, from payroll and timekeeping to employee management. We were able to figure out the inconsistencies within our system to make it look more aligned and uniformed. Helped with tips on how to make some processes easier and look at tools that we did not know we had available.

Paycom changed the way our Practice functions within the employee space. It streamlined payroll, recruitment, time and attendance, performance management and benefits administration. One minute we were doing things through a very antiquated legacy system and the next minute, Paycom brought us into the 21 century! Now, we do eveything on mobile devices and it's so efficient. They have terminated my account for one week just because the address was wrong by one number only so I fixed it and than they reopened my account and said everything was fine and the same day they terminated my account and I lost many customers. What a trash company
