Meggie was great and very knowledgeable. she provided a fast Payment solution for walk-in customers at Alliance ground international. Now we have QR codes available at the facility for walk-in customer to make payment.

Today, I inadvertently paid the wrong vendor. I called PayCargo in a panic as the payment was a large sum. I spoke with Josi V, and she was terrific. First and foremost, she was very calming. Josi was able to change the transaction from approved to created. She told me how to correct the vendor, and she stayed on the phone with me to make sure that the transaction went through properly. PayCargo should be proud to have Josi as an employee. If it were up to me, I would give her a raise!
