I contacted Pay Cargo in regards to confirming our banking information. They were not able to really help me, but Josi was great and very on top of things. After sending them an email she called me about 10 minutes later, which made this sensitive matter feel a bit more secure. She was great!

Working with PayCargo and specifically Morgan has been a breeze. She is very quick to get back to me whenever I have any issues. She's also very knowledgeable when it comes to the PayCargo system. Part of the reason I recommend PayCargo is the great customer relationships they build. Morgan has done a magnificent job at keeping that relationship going. They make you feel like you are their most important partner even if you are the smallest of the bunch.

I PAID THE WRONG VENDOR AND I REC'D HELP FROM JOSI THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER MAKING THIS MISTAKE AND SHE WAS GREAT WITH HELPING ME AND SHE STAYED ON TOP OF MY MISTAKE. JOSI WAS VERY PLEASANT TO SPEAK WITH AND I SO GLAD JOSI WAS THE PERSON I GOT TO TALK TO. SHE LET ME KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON AND KEPT ME VERY WELL UPDATED UNTIL THIS WAS TAKEN CARE OF(VOIDED). I WISH THERE WAS MORE PEOPLE LIKE JOSI WILLING TO HELP IN EVERYWAY SHE CAN.
