My customer service Juan was so helpful…
My customer service Juan was so helpful and patience to get to me through the convoluted process. He stayed on the phone with me until it was completely resolved which was almost an hour with multiple accounts opened on various platforms. I can't thank you enough.

Five stars for good reason
Several factors led to the five star rating. The call was answered very promptly. The conversation started with introductions and the service was exceptional. Juan knew his systems and was able to find all the requested items and responded with documentation while still on the call and confirmed receipt before ending the call. An easy, complete and very helpful call for our company.

Had a difficult time using the Hyperlink provided by our Vendor. Had to contact PayCargo and the person handling our issue was very knowledgable and corrected the problem right away. Please with the service provided.

Grayed out field
I had an issue while attempting to create a new transaction and Juan was able to help me out so I can get the invoice paid. Certain fields were grayed out so I was unable to move forward.

Great Customer Service
The customer service was very professional and the agent that helped me was Juan B. He went above and beyond to help with my issue. He was very knowledgeable and helped me resolve the problem in a matter of a few minutes. Great Service!
