Rudy solved a problem which never should have occurred. PayCargo's computor flagged a proper payment as improper because it was the exact same amount as a previous payment. It took time, but he cleared up the issue in a very professional manner.

When I called in, and was speaking with Laura, the issue I had was immediately found, and resolved. Laura's customer service is Excellent!

Paycargo Support is very helpful. No back and forth issues they just fix the problem. So we can all move on with our day. Life is short. Don't waste it waiting on hold! Thanks Ana I

When inadvertently paying a fee that was not due, and seeing the refund posted. I was extremely happy as this was in my company's favor. It would have been nice to get notified by them regarding the refund as we were told it could take up to 4 to 8 weeks, but it looked like it happened in a matter of days, but either way, we got our money back.

Excellent, easy to use software, it works just like it should. Also, excellent customer service when you need it. Only gripe is that cost is relatively high for our industry, since you pay a transaction fee for each payment and also an annual fixed fee. There is competition in the market and prices should be adjusted accordingly.
