PayCargoReviews of paycargo.com

Rudy Barro provided me with exceptional service and waited to make sure my payment was processed. I sure hope anyone calling gets to speak with Rudy. A true example of superb customer service. Thank you, Nancy Procida GDK Logistics

great customer service- Rudy is very easy to work with and patient and extremely helpful. thank you so much for all your help.

I appreciate Rudy Barro's assistance. Even though it took a while to correct my issue (out of his control), he was quick to notify me when my issue was resolved. Thanks for the great support!

Was forced to use PC to pay for a DHL shipment. Of course you can't opt out or you don't get your shipment! From what Iv'e read online people seem to think this is great; much easier then paying DHL directly! Not sure why. I pay for goods and services all the time online without having to pay a 50$ USD service charge to a middleman to basically provide no tangible value whatsoever. After getting ripped off I swore I would never deal with this company again until today! I was lucky enough to see their email about a 250$ USD "annual fee" that I would be charged for absolutely nothing! After being unable to login to my account because apparently I don't actually have a payer account (but I'm being charged for one) I had to call customer service and have them "cancel" my account. I feel sorry for anyone who missed their email under the piles of spam and bs that we are bombarded with daily as a society as exemplified by the customer service agent who explained that "it was in the fine print of my payer agreement" from over a year ago. Total waste of time NEVER use this company as a payer if you can avoid it, & delete your account / info IMMEDIATELY if you do as they will come back to haunt you, charging you for nothing just cuz (much like "broker fees" from all the major courier companies aka extortionists who incidentally LOVE PayCargo).

THE HELP THAT I OBTAIN WAS GREAT

I got a nice service from Anthony G. he is very professional. Thank you Anthony.

Jordano M. was super helpful and took the time to walk me through everything. Really appreciate the help!

Ryan was very rude on the phone and kept saying let me be very clear instead of just assisting with the issue at hand . He then told me good luck figure it out . I called back and Samantha kept saying that she is new and didn’t understand the process other than any payments after 6pm can not be refunded. This place really needs to train their people better. This is unacceptable especially for the amount of money that businesses pay.
