I purchased my unit and had issues less than a week into using it. They offered me a replacement but it's an ugly black one that I don't want. If I wanted black I would have purchased black. I specifically chose the color that matches all of my stuff. I hate Basic Black. They refuse to work with me at all so I'm stuck with this ugly unit or a pretty one that doesn't work. This is really poor customer service. I've had the thing less than a month now and I started the process less than a week after purchasing it and they're like well sorry for you.

I ordered an item from Pax Labs. Although they charged my credit card, they did not provide the item. Instead, they falsely claimed that I was not charged. I've made numerous attempts to contact the company but have only received computer generated responses. I would suggest that no one tries to purchase from Pax Labs,

Bought a Pax Plus, was missing a part. They ask for 15 photos of the device in different angles and then say pictures are not enough and need more. Couldn't tell you if the device works since I have to order an off brand part from amazon as I refuse to give them more money. Pretty pathetic

Don’t bother with pax. Have pax 3 under 2 years ok yes works great loved it until I got thr two blue lights of death tried multiple times to contact them. There app is useless there website only has a bot custom service is terrible.

Terrible product and service It's really annoying when companies pull a warranty scam. Was told ". It sounds like we should move forward with a device replacement under the warranty. " Then I get some other response from them that has boiler plate help telling me "how to change modes" which literally has nothing to do with what I sent. My issue is the thing doesn't seal. What a joke. Do not buy Pax thinking their warranty is decent. It's not. "let me know once you've got your account created. I will then set up your free device replacement, and you can complete the ordering process from there. Please note that you will be required to verify your age during checkout." I have an account. Got no response in regards to my actual issue, and there is no warranty claim on my account like that email mentions. Now I gotta go through it again since CS seems to think my issue is i don't know how to change temperatures. Do better Pax. Not a single response to any of the concerns posted here, so it's pretty obvious they don't care.

Ordered my pax plus full kit and even if it said it was arriving on the 2nd or 3rd still hasn’t arrived, contacted the company and they don’t even give me a response for the delay, they just said they’ve escalated as they see the order hasn’t been processed. The order still hasn’t been shipped and i need to receive it before the 5th as I’ll be traveling that day. They take long time to answer, and are not clear on the reason of the delay. Really bad customer service. Edit 7/07/25: with no answer to my emails to support, and with no other details, they’ve cancelled my order. No explanation, no reasons on the delay. No refund has arrived to my bank either.

Junk.Check the return policy, it's also junk. If you try it and don't like it you can't returned it. Wish I had checked the reviews here first and read there horrible return policy.

Wat een slechte klantenservice, al een week contact via de mail. Echter komen ze met de standaard oplossingen die ik voor ik contact had al geprobeerd had. zoals gevraagd heb ik ze duidelijke fotos gestuurd en vervolgens weer een standaard bericht terug gekregen hoe ik de oven moet vullen. Is erg handig als de oven het niet goed doet(meerdere keren vertelt aan ze) ik heb dus aan Pax gekocht waar ik niks aan heb.
