Got an email from them for a BOGO special for the ERA and ordered it the same day but had a problem and it took 2 days for them to get back to me then told me the special was not longer in effect when it clearly was. I really thought this was a good company. Its still in effect according to the email but they still won't honor it. I don't think they really care about their customers.

Trash customer service. With the dummest age verification process. Don’t waste your time.

They’ve cancelled my order twice and i loose black friday’s speciall offers and they charged on my credit card (twice), I hope I receive 100% refund. I finally bought it from another store and had no problem.

I Had a Problem with PAX 3 , and I never received the proper resolution.

Well I ordered from Pax on-line and promptly paid for my order. However I had to badger them for and invoice. Then I'm contacted to pay $500 for insurance of my package. So I paid it. 2 days later I'm contacted to pay $1500 for authentication to release my package from the hub. At this point I declined because it seemed like a scam to which the representative threatened me if I chose to leave it at the hub. Will never deal with this company again because of this experience. Yes I tried for 2 days to call them but the line was "always busy". Terrible customer service.

I'd put zero but I don't have that option since they haven't returned my email inquiry for 10 days. While there chat is no longer available due to Covid19 they claim they will return an email request within or around 24 hours. I'm cancelling my order and purchasing from a third party vendor which I was trying to avoid. Horrible.

Awful customer service. Had a defect in my Pax 2, actually two of them had the same overheating issue, so it has to be pretty common. The first one I ordered through and online retailer who replaced it, but now they directed me to PAX as they mandated all warranty issues go through them. Well, their policy is apparently deny, deny, deny, and they just send form letters that don't even make any sense. Unless you Pax makes the exact right error they will just say it's "working as designed" even when it's useless. Thanks for the paperweight guys.

Brilliant stuff, buy a PAX 3 register it. No problems at all. Device develops a problem and now my warranty is non existent because it was purchased through a supposed authorized dealer that were apparently not authorized. If they told me this when I registered it I would have returned it, I gave them all this information when I registered it. The main point of my contact was to establish my warranty was valid. 10 year warranty. What a scam! Either that or the people in customer support really should be elsewhere
