It took a little long to get here but once it did, it’s amazing. I have yet to see how the colors stay over time but I love it so far.

Placed order and was told it would be printed and shipped in 4-6 days. I received order confirmation immediately after placing order but never received a tracking number. After 10 days and no tracking number I tried to send email through customer service and came back currently unavailable. I started checking their website and no phone number listed but a different email and street address. If you enter their address into maps app it shows a business called PostNet in a plaza located in Florida. Unless they are operating out of the back of this business the address doesn't even exist which leads me to believe it's a scam. I contacted PayPal and filled a claim for not receiving merchandise. They sent an email to Pawzity and did their investigation before refunding my money about 3 weeks after order was supposed to have arrived. I don't trust this company at all and glad I had used PayPal because I'm sure I would have been out over $100 spent. What email did you send it to because I never received any messages from you. Is there a number I can call for customer service because there seems to be a breakdown in communication texting?

I am really pleased with the doormat that I ordered from Pawzity. I was confused with confirming the design, but the response to my inquiry was prompt and the product arrived quickly and safely.

The item arrived and was what we had ordered, However the shipping packaging was flimsy (2 thin peices of stryofoam and a plastic bag mailer) and the sign arrived bent and dented. I think a better more sturdy package for shipping would solve this issue. Price was fair.

The sign we ordered arrived just as it was described! We are so happy with it. Delivery was prompt.
