I love the mats / with the pictures. But, on the mat that talks about humans living here, the words are blocked by the dog's head. It would have been better to make the head a bit smaller or move it so the words show.

Great print, but expected a genuine doormat and not thin neoprene the thickness of a mouse pad.

Unfortunately, the shipping process took a long time (6 weeks), and the metal sign was damaged in the process. However, Pawzity stayed in contact with me the whole time and even offered to create a new sign for me, when it seemed that the item had been lost. Thank you.

Overall good with a few points The design process was smooth. The design is cute. Though I thought it was the wiry doormat material (coir?). I am not sure how long this will last in terms of fading /sun damage and if people walk on it. It would have been helpful to have clear timelines communicated on delivery. Also I thought it was completely inappropriate for you to ask for a tip for the staff on the check out. This world has gone mad with tips!!!!

Would have been a 5 star if I had known up front it was shipping from China! Took 35 days to receive the order! Didn’t like that!

The product was great. It looked exactly as I thought. The only reason I did not give 5 star is because it took so long to get here. Nothing on the website let's you know you ate ordering from China so I didnt realize I was ordering something that had to ship from china and was going to take a month.

Really pleased with the tumbler. Great quality and the printing is spot on to the image. This was a gift and she is very happy with it. I gave this review a 4 because of the shipping. The shipping policy says the item will ship from the nearest facility. I live in Mississippi and the nearest facility is Florida. My item shipped from China and almost didn't get here in time for Christmas. I'm guessing that maybe it shipped from China because I had some personalization done. It should say that in the policy.
