Very hard to get any response via emails even though they say they will respond within 48 hours. Took 3 emails and over 10 days before I received a response. Also they do not inform you that some products come from over sees and there is an additional international charge that will show up on your back account that is not included in the original price.

I ordered a memorial sign for my dog. I didn’t realize it was coming from China. It took all of two months before I received it. They suggested I use “SHOP” to track package . Did that , not much help at all. I Emailed customer service they tracked it for me .and I got better results . I finally did receive the package two months later! the memorial sign was actually excellent . it came out beautiful and I’m happy with the product. just not the length of time it took to get it.

The product itself is very nice. Was impressed when they answered a question almost immediately. The 2 stars are for the shipping time and the fact that I thought I was purchasing a "made in America" product. The Chinese lettering on packaging tells me differently.

It was really cute. Just like I wanted but the wood was so thin it was broke in half. I did not want to wait for another one so I just glued it together.

The item arrived and was what we had ordered, However the shipping packaging was flimsy (2 thin peices of stryofoam and a plastic bag mailer) and the sign arrived bent and dented. I think a better more sturdy package for shipping would solve this issue. Price was fair.

Great communication until I ordered and they sent only responded after I emailed repeatedly. Finally they got it right but it’s been weeks and still no email that my item has shipped! I now will not have my sign prior to the event I ordered it for! Carol
