The site would not let me do my signs the way I needed them to be? But the customer service was really wonderful! One of the signs I did get had two letters that were messed up. Well basically did not have enough ink on the letters, so I had to ink it in with permanent marker myself. But again customer service was great & signs cute! Thanks you!

The mat is cute, but very very light, it tends to blow into our bushes. We live in MN, it might work better for people in a milder climate.

The sign looks really cool. The 3 stars is for how long it took to get it. If I would have known it was coming from China I probably wouldn’t have bought it.It set somewhere in China for 3 weeks at some port. 👎

Item came very well wrapped but had small nicks along the edge on ine side . I contacted customers service they did reply but my send mail is not working on my phone so I asked if I could reach them by phone or they could call me , I had to send it from My daughters phone & I explained that on the text . Its been 3,weeks and I have heard nothing . I am also not to crazy about the 2 strips of wood on the back by the hangers , it does not hang well on my glass storm door . I think for $60 it should have been better made .

Customers are always eager to receive their purchase. An email acknowledging the order, and when the merchandise will be shipped will help provide confidence in our purchase. I had not heard of this site, but wanted to purchase the merchandise. I purchased the doormat and a sign - both look great, and excellent quality! The doormat was received in roughly 15 days. The sign was around 30 days. An email setting the expectations, or at purchase would have put my mind at ease when I was going to receive. Please note: I will purchase from this company again, as the quality was superior.

I feel the service was sub-par. Zero communication and long ship time. For this reason I wouldn't purchase from again.

Was disappointed at the length of time it took to arrive. It was an anniversay gift and I did not receive it until after the annicersary

Product is WONDERFUL! DHL shipping was HORRIBLE! Took 2 weeks via DHL to get from California to Illinois then more time to go from DHL to USPS for actual delivery
