Customer service are quick to respond and genuine in their wish to resolve issues around lack of website clarity with one-off purchase and being on a subscription service. I appreciated their sincerity to the customer whilst wishing to promote Pawsy drops as a product that will bring natural protection to a pet’s microbiome.

Well I notice a difference in my dog health, which is good, also love the product, but shipping could be a little speedy.

I just ordered products and didn't realize I was on an autoship. I received an email saying they couldn't get money out of my account.I immediately sent an email and they resolved this issue promptly. Excellent customer service, so far my dog is doing well on the products 👍 Thank you
