Excellent customer service
Well, I had ordered a water cup and had it personalized with myself and my puppies and although it was very nice one side was smeared on the face. Everything else as far as the water cup goes was really nice and I liked it, but didn’t want to have the smear on the face. It took away from the cuteness of the mug so I let customer service know into my surprise. They said they would replace it for free, so I am very happy with the company caring about the customer and willing to make it right. Will definitely buy again and recommend to others
